Marion Klausmann is a highly-experienced business and organizational leader. During her 25-year tenure at Procter and Gamble, she has worked across multiple businesses including Hair Care, Family Care and previously-owned Food and Beverages, where she successfully led multi-billion dollar as well as entrepreneurial brands on a global, regional and local level. In her current role as Vice President for Brand Sustainability and Accessibility, Marion has trailblazed and operationalized the company's approach to making sustainability an integral part of its brands’ strategy, innovation and execution, setting new standards of excellence in a rapidly-evolving context. Utilizing her broad business and brand expertise, she set the vision for a more systemic integration of inclusive design into end-to-end brand building, striving to better meet the needs of all people. Marion’s mission is to continue to drive the company toward a portfolio of brands that are irresistibly superior and also more sustainable for the approximately 5 billion people Procter and Gamble serves around the world.
