As Senior Manager of Regenerative Agriculture at Oatly, Stacy Cushenbery leads the company’s commitment to scaling regenerative and nature-positive agriculture. In this role, Stacy serves as the technical lead, designing and managing impactful agricultural initiatives in collaboration with farmers, suppliers, and other external partners. With a focus on creating regional-level impact, Stacy works with suppliers and farmers to implement regenerative practices that enhance soil health, biodiversity, and climate resilience. Stacy builds and manages agricultural partnerships that drive the adoption of regenerative approaches, while also developing systems to track, measure, and verify environmental outcomes efficiently and accurately. Passionate about transforming food systems, Stacy brings a strategic and collaborative mindset to advancing regenerative agriculture. Her work strengthens Oatly’s impact across the value chain and contributes to a more sustainable, resilient future for people and the planet. Before joining Oatly, Stacy worked with the Ecosystem Services Market Consortium (ESMC), focusing on greenhouse gas and carbon accounting across commodity crop and grazing lands. She also brings firsthand experience as a farmer in Wisconsin and Illinois and received formal training in Biodynamic farming at the Michael Fields Agricultural Institute in Wisconsin.
