Sean Morgan is Director of Quantitative Analytics at Valutus, a firm that specializes in helping companies calculate the ROI of their sustainability efforts. Highlights of Sean’s career include the development of tools and methodologies focused on calculating the ROI of companies’ sustainability efforts, co-founding two firms focused on sustainable investment strategies – the first concentrated on the equities markets and the other on local real estate, and creating novel insights for billion-dollar companies by applying custom dynamic, quantitative models to complex business problems. Sean has worked with Valutus founder Daniel Aronson over the past 25 years at three different companies and on a wide variety of projects. Throughout, sustainability, social responsibility, and systems thinking have been consistent themes. Sean Holds an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management, a SM in System Design and Management from the MIT School of Engineering and MIT Sloan School of Management, and a BS in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Kansas. He lives in Southern Colorado.
