
Nida Bockert
Nida Bockert serves as Nestlé Purina’s Senior Director of Environmental Sustainability and Nestlé’s North America Sustainability lead for the Consumer and Customer. Her team at Purina is focused on driving organizational change and developing approaches to achieve their short—and long-term sustainability targets. For Nestlé’s in North America, Nida is responsible for leading the value creation of Sustainable actions and investments across the Nestlé portfolio of brands and driving partnerships with key customers. She has been in this role for the last three years. Nida joined the Nestlé Purina Family in 1999 and has been with the company for nearly 25 years. The first years of her career at Purina were spent in the Sales organization as the Team Lead for a group of Business Analysts. She then pursued an MBA at Washington University and moved into the Branded Marketing Department. During her time in marketing, she has worked on the Treats, Cat, and Dogs business and has led the Purina ONE, ProPlan, and Beyond brands. In 2018, she formed a new marketing team responsible for establishing the long-term portfolio innovation strategy and development for food brands. Before her work at Nestlé Purina, Nida was a Management Consultant at Ernst and Young, LLP, where she worked on systems integrations. Nida is an ALM candidate in Harvard University's Sustainability program. While pursuing her Master's degree, she earned a certificate in Sustainable Food Systems and a certificate from Harvard T.H. Chan for Executive Education in Sustainability leadership.
