Mollie Hansen is the Chief Marketing Officer at Airstream, where she leads brand strategy, marketing, communications, and sustainability initiatives, including Caravan to Carbon Neutral—Airstream’s flagship partnership with the National Forest Foundation.

Since joining Airstream’s executive team in 2011, Mollie has helped guide the brand through major growth and renewed cultural relevance, reinforcing its legacy as a global symbol of craftsmanship, adventure, and connection to the outdoors.

Her work focuses on understanding the full customer journey to create experiences that drive business growth and embody Airstream’s promise to bring people together through exploration.

Before Airstream, Mollie held leadership roles at Converse, Adidas Group, and Nike, shaping how iconic brands use storytelling and design to build emotional connection.

She holds a degree in Human Environmental Science Journalism from the University of Missouri and completed the Executive Education Program at the University of Notre Dame.
