Keona Ostdiek, Partner Relationship Manager at Arbor Day Foundation, has 5+ years of experience managing corporate partnerships in environmental sustainability. She manages a portfolio of enterprise-level corporate partnerships in her role as a Partner Relationship Manager at the Arbor Day Foundation, helping Fortune 100 companies meet their climate goals through strategic sustainability and tree planting initiatives. She facilitates leadership convenings across the country and leads on the development of mission-aligned partnerships and reporting, using technologies and data to show where trees are needed the most. Prior to her current role, Keona led the coordination of hundreds of tree planting and distribution volunteering events around the globe creating measurable environmental impact within communities of need. Keona has demonstrated a lifelong commitment to leadership development and community impact, including a decade volunteering with Launch Leadership. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Marketing from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, and lives in Lincoln with her husband, Seth, and their rescue dog, Moose.
