Jessica Crosley holds the position of Vice President, R&D and Sustainability Innovation at Republic Services. In this role, she oversees the process of defining and integrating manufacturing management systems inside the company's Polymer Centers, as well as scouting, developing, and assessing technology suitability for various growth vectors throughout Republic’s Innovation portfolio. These platforms include Materials Circularity, Decarbonization, Renewable Energy, and Water Treatment Solutions. Prior to joining Republic in 2024, Jessica spent over 21 years at Rogers Corporation, an engineered solutions provider serving automotive, aerospace, defense, and communications infrastructure. During her tenure at Rogers, she held roles in operations and process engineering, but ultimately found her specialty, enjoying over 16 years in research and development where she was responsible for the commercialization of 25 new products and materials. Jessica most recently held the role of Director, R&D before leaving to join Republic Services.
