Her work involves leveraging brand equity and revenue growth through a purposeful workplace and a net social good. Gwen’s early work was covered in Harvard and MIT Case Studies on the business value of employee engagement, sustainability and the service profit chain. Gwen then contributed to the LGBTQ, anti-human trafficking, Asian American Pacific Islander, and immigration movements while a board member, volunteer and corporate executive at a Fortune 500 hospitality company. As a chief equity, impact and sustainability officer, she innovated at intersection of climate action, economic inclusion, and Environmental Social Governance.

While at Point B, Gwen serves as a senior advisor to global corporations in the retail, financial and business services, hospitality and energy sectors. Gwen and Point B work at the intersection of deep technical expertise and strategic execution with a focus on business transformation, automation, technology and data analytics with social - environmental sustainability outcomes. Among a team of 700 management consultants, Gwen and her team completed nearly 200 client engagements over the past few years.
