
Chef Adam Smith
Adam Smith started cooking with Family at a very young age and decided cooking professionally would be his career in early High School. Since then Adam has attended Johnson and Wales University, traveled and cooked in New York, Chicago, Spain and of course around the Carolinas. During the Pandemic, Adam and his wife Kate created Poppyseed Kitchen with the goal is to provide the Charlotte Area with comfortably eclectic food, sourced locally and made from scratch. While operating Poppyseed Kitchen, Adam also assists in Education, Training and spreading the word of excellence in cooking and sustainability with Electrolux and Frigidaire.
