SB’26 San Diego will take place on June 8-10, 2026 at the Town & Country Resort in San Diego, California (500 Hotel Cir N, San Diego, CA 92108).

The dress code is business casual

Registration is located in the Town & Country Foyer, in the conference venue at the Town & Country Resort

Hours of operation:

  • Sunday, June 7: 4:00pm – 5:00pm
  • Monday, June 8: 8:00am – 6:00pm
  • Tuesday, June 9: 7:30am – 5:00pm
  • Wednesday, June 10: 7:30am – 4:30pm

Unfortunately each person has to pick up their own badge credentials with their own government issued ID.

Yes. Access to any conference activity requires you to wear your badge for identification purposes. If you forget your badge in your room, we kindly ask you to retrieve it prior to participating in the conference and its sessions and events.

All conference and plenary sessions will take place in the conference center at the Town & Country Resort.

Plenary sessions will have both video and audio recordings, and Workshops, and Breakout sessions will be audio recorded and posted to the SB Library usually within a month’s time post-event.

For SB members, the member lounge (Palm 5) is a great place to get some work done. If you are not an SB member, we do not have a designated workspace, but you are welcome to use lunch tables that are unoccupied or use any of the outdoor tables.

Coffee/Refreshments are served daily (Monday, just before workshops begin; Tuesday and Wednesday, during the mid-morning and mid-afternoon breaks). Additionally, coffee and food for purchase is available at the Market outlet, located on the circle at the front of the hotel property.

The purchase of a pass for Sustainable Brands is a final purchase and non-refundable. If you change your plans for any reason, you must notify us in writing by May 8, 2026 for a credit to a future Sustainable Brands event, less a $150 processing fee. Cancellations received after this date are not eligible for a credit.

However, it is possible to transfer the pass to another person. If you do wish to transfer your pass to another person, please note that you are responsible for this process. You may transfer your registration to another person for a fee of $75 by providing written authorization to the Sustainable Brands Team at [email protected].

For cancellations after May 8, 2026 we provide a one-time credit for 50% of the full amount paid, to be applied toward registration for any Sustainable Brands conferences taking place 365 days after the conference date. The credit expires thereafter and cannot be transferred further.

We actively reduce waste, carefully plan our menus, and collaborate with innovative organizations that share our goals. We make every effort for our meals to be plant-forward, tasty, inclusive and waste free. We actively partner with food service teams at the Town and Country Resort and with Planet FWD to develop low-carbon menus that respect diverse dietary preferences and nourish everyone.

We strive to balance our sustainability goals with our attendee and community needs. We collaborate closely with Copia to ensure edible food surplus donations and the Town & Country Resort, a city of San Diego approved waste facility.

We are committed to creating a truly sustainable event. Our initiatives include compostable badge stock and recyclable lanyards through our partnership with Debrand.

Sustainable Brands collaborates with Bonneville Environmental Foundation (BEF) to offset event water usage through WRCs as well as offsetting staff travel emissions.

SB will also develop offsetting for travel on a per head basis for each attendee to the event. Furthermore, We use 100% recyclable materials for all signage at our Flagship event.

Please note: We do not sell or share our attendee lists or work with a third party for hotel bookings. Any claims from third parties offering access to attendee information or hotel assistance are fraudulent. If you encounter such offers, please disregard them.
