Mathias is the Head of Innovation & Strategy and CEO at the independent creative agency RBK Com working out of Stockholm. He is part of internationally awarded forefront projects such as Natalia Project for Civil Rights Defenders and The Aland Index Initiative for the Bank of Aland.
Prior to RBK he was the creative director of Havas/Euro RSCG Stockholm and the CEO of A3. He received an Executive MBA at Stockholm School of Economics with focus on Leading Innovation with honours and presented at the very first Cannes Lions Innovation. He has won several awards at D&AD, Eurobest, Webbys, Clio, Cannes Lions and Epica amongst others but is the most proud of his two kids, challenging him every day.
Today he enjoys working internationally in the intersection of branding, innovation and sustainability, creating value for clients on strategic level but with strong commitment to implement.
Sick of power point talk and corporate lingo that is all talk and no progress. Eager to learn and eager to share what has been learnt.
Serves on several boards to keep his mind elastic and perspective broad. Escapes to the archipelago when ever he can to enjoy water, wind and sun. “Play like a team. Win like a team”.
