Francis Janes works with organizations worldwide to support their efforts to become more socially just, equitable and inclusive. Francis helps organizations through the process of developing progressive policies, program and practices that lead to more engaged, happier and more productive workplaces.
Previously Francis served as Vice President at Beneficial State Bank, a mission driven community bank and a pioneer in socially responsible banking practices.
Prior to Beneficial State Bank, Francis held management positions in a number of financial institutions including U.S. Bank.
Having lived in Seattle since 1997, Francis enjoys the natural beauty of the Pacific Northwest and the opportunity to meet passionate social and environmental change makers. Francis is active in the community and has served on a number of non-profit boards including The Whidbey Institute, EarthSave, Pigs Peace Sanctuary and iLEAP.
Francis has a Certificate in Business Sustainability Management from the University of Colorado Boulder.
