This talk will highlight important applications of scenario planning and backcasting as highly valuable tools for resilience planning. Scenario planning and backcasting aren’t new or unfamiliar practices in the business world, but they remain relatively – and surprisingly – under-utilized in the context of understanding and responding to climate risks.
