When and where will SB’24 San Diego take place?
SB’24 San Diego will take place on October 14-17, 2024 at the Town & Country Resort in San Diego, California (500 Hotel Cir N, San Diego, CA 92108).
Can I attend SB’24 San Diego virtually?
The Sustainable Brands team is looking forward to hosting an in-person event. Registered attendees will have access to view selected plenaries that will be live-streamed. All sessions will be recorded and available to view post-event.
How can I book my room at Town & Country?
Once you register for SB’24 San Diego, you will receive a confirmation email with a booking link. Space is limited, so make sure to reserve your room early!
Can I apply to be an SB’24 Speaker?

What is SB’s Cancellation Policy?
The purchase of a pass for Sustainable Brands is a final purchase and non-refundable. If you change your plans for any reason, you must notify us in writing by Sep 15, 2024 for a credit to a future Sustainable Brands event, less a $150 processing fee. Cancellations received after this date are not eligible for a credit.
However, it is possible to transfer the pass to another person. If you do wish to transfer your pass to another person, please note that you are responsible for this process. You may transfer your registration to another person for a fee of $75 by providing written authorization to the Sustainable Brands Team at [email protected].
For cancellations after Sep 15, 2024 we provide a one-time credit for 50% of the full amount paid, to be applied toward registration for any Sustainable Brands conferences taking place 365 days after the conference date. The credit expires thereafter and cannot be transferred further.
