Considerations

The purchase of a pass for Sustainable Brands is a final purchase and non-refundable. If you change your plans for any reason, you must notify us in writing by September 15, 2024 for a credit to a future Sustainable Brands event, less a $150 processing fee. Cancellations received after this date are not eligible for a credit.

However, it is possible to transfer the pass to another person. If you do wish to transfer your pass to another person, please note that you are responsible for this process. You may transfer your registration to another person for a fee of $75 by providing written authorization to the Sustainable Brands Team at [email protected].

For cancellations after September 15, 2024 we provide a one-time credit for 50% of the full amount paid, to be applied toward registration for any Sustainable Brands conferences taking place within 365 days after the conference date. The credit expires thereafter and cannot be transferred further.

At Sustainable Life Media we work hard to provide high-quality, high-value learning, and networking opportunities for our community. We’re confident you’ll find your participation in our events worth every penny and we will gladly refund your registration fee for your purchased conference pass in full if you disagree after having attended.

We are an open, informed, and respectful community, largely made up of influential change-agents that believe companies and brands are responsible to and transformed by each of their stakeholders, including investors, employees, suppliers, customers, and the communities that give them license to operate.
