Rachel Parikh Rachel is a Partner of Leaders’ Quest and leads programs in Silicon Valley and other countries around the world, including India, UK, China and Turkey. Previously she spent more than 20 years working with executives and teams in the tech industry. Rachel is passionate about culture change and pioneering new ways of helping people re-engage their passion and increase their impact. She specializes in organizational coaching and is certified through the Center for Right Relationship. She has worked with leaders and teams from corporate and non-profit backgrounds, with global start-up founders in Silicon Valley, and with graduate students at the Haas School of Business in Berkeley, California.
She serves on the Advisory Board of the Sequoia High School Academy Mentor Program, which brings together professionals and under-served youth for mentoring and career support. Rachel is a certified yoga instructor and published author. She lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with her husband and three teenage children.
