Marisa Guber leads the education initiatives at Cradle to Cradle Products Innovation Institute to help product designers and manufacturers engage and apply the principles of Cradle to Cradle design to their work, through continuing education and interaction, and virtual and in-person events. She is instrumental in the evolution of the Institute’s education and engagement strategy, activities, and partnerships. As an engagement professional, Marisa brings experience in managing and supporting positive impact initiatives in a range of environments, including business, education and research, not for profit, government, and social enterprise. She is a natural dot-connector, with a deep passion for the intersection of sustainability and social impact. Marisa has a Master’s degree in Socially Responsible Business and Sustainable Communities, focusing on the role of businesses as change agents, conscious consumerism, and the extent to which these can be strategies for leveraging social and environmental sustainability. She’s proud to work with the Institute to advance its leadership in forge new paths for optimizing products and materials for a regenerative and sustainable world.
