Kinley Dorji Former Secretary of Ministry of Information and Communications
Dasho Kinley Dorji currently is the Editor of the Druk Journal. He has worked in the Bhutanese media for more than three decades, served as the secretary of the Ministry of Information and Communications in Bhutan for seven years. His former post was as Managing Director and Editor in Chief of Kuensel, Bhutan’s national newspaper. He has been a strong proponent of Gross National Happiness (GNH) as an alternative for Human Development
