A beloved landmark since 1953, the resort is completing a multimillion-dollar transformation, renovating everything from top-to-bottom and adding a host of new amenities while still maintaining its cozy feel, including its eco-friendly practices which include:
- LED lighting on site
- Energy efficient HVAC, kitchen, and laundry systems, all designed to power off while not in use
- Computerized hot water control units
- Unused food donated to the San Diego Food Bank
- City of San Diego approved recycling and waste management
- Storm water filtering used by maintenance and garden departments
- Water bottle stations in meeting and sleeping rooms and bulk guestroom amenities

How to Book
Immerse yourself fully in the SB’25 San Diego experience by staying onsite! Forge valuable connections, and make the most of all the enriching sessions, networking and special events happening.
Rooms are available while supplies last. Rooms start at $252/night (+tax and $15 hotel service charge).
In an effort to make housing reservations available to all of our conference attendees, we require each room to be associated with a conference registration. To receive the SB hotel reservation link, please register for the conference. Upon completing your registration, you will receive a confirmation email which will include the link to book your hotel room.
If you are booking multiple hotel rooms, you must also be registering the same number of attendees. The reservation list will be audited against our attendee roster.
