As Director of Brand for McAfee, Pam leads brand strategy for one of the world’s most recognized and trusted cybersecurity brands. She was recently responsible for launching the new McAfee brand following the company’s spinoff from Intel Corporation in April, 2017. In her prior role as a Director in the Intel Corporate Brand and Reputation Group, Pam led the development of the Intel Security brand. Pam was founder and president of Enlightened Brand, a brand strategy consultancy that she ran for more than two decades. In that role, she served as a trusted executive advisor on brand and sustainability initiatives at large technology organizations including Cisco, Hitachi, NASA and Sun Microsystems.
Pam is founding co-chair of the Sustainable Brands conference, and in 2013, she was named a lifetime member of the Sustainable Brands Advisory Board. She is highly regarded for both her deep knowledge of all things brand and her commitment to social impact. Pam sees brands as complex, living, multidimensional systems, every bit as interconnected as the natural world we inhabit. This perspective drives her approach to building purpose-led and sustainable brands.
