With nearly fifteen years of experience, Erica has provided research based consulting for many large corporations and organizations, including those in the auto, energy, technology, financial services, consumer packaged goods, and media industries. Erica’s expertise focuses on reputation management, the role of CSR in corporate equity and risk, brand strategy, communications, sustainability, and issues management. Recently, she presented insights on consumer expectations and behaviors around sustainability at the Food Marketing Institute’s 2016 Sustainability Summit.
