Currently serving as Vice President of Sales for Southern California at Breakthru Beverage Group, Kristen oversees nearly half a billion dollars in annual revenue and leads a team of nearly 300 sales professionals. Her expertise spans strategic planning, business integration, category management, and cross-functional leadership, and she has a proven record of driving performance through data-led insights and flawless execution. With more than 15 years of industry experience, Kristen has held leadership roles at respected craft breweries including Firestone Walker and Allagash Brewing, where she spearheaded high-impact sales programs, launched new product lines, and built lasting distributor and supplier partnerships. She is credited with designing award-winning distributor scorecard systems, reversing negative growth trends, and driving substantial increases in sales and market share across multiple regions. Kristen is known for building high-performing, empowered sales teams and creating cultures of accountability, engagement, and innovation. A former keynote speaker at the California Family Beer Distributors Conference, she brings clarity, energy, and strategic insight to every stage she steps on. She holds a B.S. in Psychology from the University of California, Berkeley, and pursued doctoral studies in Bio-Kinesiology at USC.
