Doug Rubin has spent 30 years building businesses and leading political campaigns, advising corporate leaders, political candidates, and private companies. He has served as a senior strategist to major corporations, industry groups, and congressional, senatorial, and presidential campaigns, as well as former chief of staff to Massachusetts Governor Deval Patrick. He is the founding partner of Northwind Strategies, a Boston-based strategic communications firm, and founder and CEO of Northwind Climate, a data-driven SaaS platform that provides business intelligence for the climate economy. Doug is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and earned a Masters in Public Policy from the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University.
