Tracy Willits is the Chief Communications Officer at Anew Climate, a global leader of diverse climate solutions. Joining Anew Climate in 2023, she elevates and amplifies the company’s vision for decarbonization in a complex and often misunderstood industry.

With a long career that has spanned multiple industries – healthcare, publishing, and agriculture, Tracy is an experienced marketing and public relations strategist who is equally mission-driven and commercially minded. Believing that storytelling has the power to increase understanding, find common ground, build trust, and advance business goals, Tracy partners with colleagues to uncover and refine their unique communication styles to ensure stories are told with authenticity and impact.

Tracy is an Iowa State University alumna and resides in Des Moines, Iowa, with her husband. Together, they are proudly and lovingly witnessing their daughter and son find their places in the world as young adults.
