Kirsten Love is the Chief Marketing Officer at Tradewater, a mission-based B-Corp focused on identifying, controlling, and destroying the most potent greenhouse gases in the world. Kirsten joined the Tradewater team in 2019, where she leads the Market Development and MarComm teams. Her team leads the efforts to make Tradewater’s high-quality carbon offset credits available to new markets in impactful ways that meet partners’ sustainability goals. This includes not only making carbon credits available to large organizations and corporations in traditional and innovative ways, but also to individual consumers and small- businesses who want to make an impact on climate change. It is these partnerships that enable Tradewater to scale their necessary climate solutions globally.

Prior to joining Tradewater, she spent nearly a decade focused on delivering supply chain solutions to the foodservice industry at HAVI. Here she worked in several different functional roles which included account management, promotions management, marketing analytics, and business development strategy. Kirsten holds a B.S. degree in Psychology and a B.S. degree in Business and Applied Math from The Illinois Institute of Technology. Outside of work, Kirsten is a devoted mother to two and Coach Kay to many in her passion to mentor and develop youth through sports engagement.
