Janet Coope-Epstein is a Senior Manager on the Discovery team at Henkel Corporation where she has been employed for 10 years. Her focus is on innovation and sustainable ingredients for laundry, home care and beauty businesses in North America. Janet received her Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from Indiana University and has more than 30 years experience in consumer products research and product development. She holds 32 US patents.
