Patrick Asdaghi
Patrick is a serial entrepreneur with a strong focus on food and sustainability. He co-founded Carbon Maps in December 2022, a venture focused on helping grocery retailers, food brands and food service players measure and reduce their environmental impact through automated product-level environmental footprints at scale. Prior to Carbon Maps, he founded FoodChéri and Seazon, which were foodtech solutions in France that pioneered the delivery of healthier and more sustainable meals. Both companies were acquired by the Sodexo Group in 2021. As an active business angel, Patrick has invested in nearly 30 French Tech start-ups, nurturing the next generation of innovative companies. Before his entrepreneurial ventures, he served as CMO/CPO of LaFourchette.com, the European leader in online restaurant reservations, which was acquired by TripAdvisor in 2014. Patrick holds an engineering degree from Telecom Paris and an MBA from Harvard Business School. His commitment to sustainability and innovation has made significant impacts on the French foodtech industry, and he endeavors to continue contributing to making positive change in environmental practices across the food supply chain.
