Pamela Gill-Alabaster
Pam has more than 30 years of experience and a proven track record of building successful consumer and enterprise brands, enhancing organizational reputation, engaging stakeholders, and developing corporate sustainability/ESG practice and capabilities to create value for both business and society, in executive and leadership roles. Pam is currently Global Head of ESG and Sustainability for Kenvue, where she is responsible for developing ESG strategy to deliver on the organization’s long-term vision and goals in alignment with the company’s purpose and values.
Prior to joining Kenvue, Pam was Global Head of Sustainability and Social Impact for Mattel, a leading toy company with a portfolio of consumers brands including Barbie, Matchbox, Fisher Price, and HotWheels. Before joining Mattel, Pam held leadership roles in corporate sustainability/responsibility, marketing and communications at Centric Brands, Revlon, The Estée Lauder Companies, L’Oréal USA, where she built a 21-year career developing corporate practice and growing flagship brands, Lancôme, and L’Oréal Paris. Pam began her career in marketing at Philip Morris USA, on Marlboro brand.
Recognized by TriplePundt, Forbes and Women in Sustainability Leadership (WSLA) as among the Top Women in Sustainability/CSR, Pam has two master’s degrees, a MS in Sustainability Management from Columbia University, and an MBA in Marketing from New York University Stern School of Business. She was awarded a BA in Journalism from Pepperdine University.
Pam is member of the Board of Directors for Pulsora and serves on the Workplace Dignity Advisory Council of the RFK Human Rights Organization, and the Governing Board of ICTI Ethical Sourcing Program and is a member of Cosmetic Executive Women (CEW) GreenBiz Executive Network, and Sustainable Brands’ Advisory Council.
