Erica Johnson is the Head of External Affairs at regenerative agriculture finance and technology company Agreena and serves as the President of the International Soil Carbon Industry Alliance (ISCIA). She's played an integral role in growing Europe's leading soil carbon platform, incentivising farmer's transition to regenerative agriculture practices that sequester carbon from the atmosphere and enhance ecosystem services. With more than 15 years of experience in environmental sustainability and climate technology, she has dedicated her life's work to accelerate decarbonisation efforts through engagement. Erica has brought together farmers, industry leaders, technology providers, policymakers, and researchers to grow climate action in agriculture. Prior to joining Agreena, the majority of her career was spent in the Californian solar PV industry, where she won numerous awards for her efforts in community development. She holds a Master's degree in International Relations.
