Danielle Azoulay
Danielle is an award-winning sustainability practitioner with over 15 years of experience leading, developing and operationalizing sustainability and corporate responsibility programs for global, consumer products companies in the apparel and accessories, personal care, home goods, and retail sectors. Danielle is Adjunct Professor at Columbia University, where she teaches Circular Economy for Sustainability Professionals as part of the Sustainability Management Master’s program. Currently, Danielle works with companies at all stages of maturity, from start-ups to Fortune 500s, to embed sustainability and corporate responsibility into their business strategies and operations. From coaching and mentoring junior sustainability staff, training and engagement, to CEO and Board education, Danielle has experience with driving every facet of a company’s sustainability transformation. She hopes to help support many more companies on their sustainability transformation as part of The CSO Shop, a fractional CSO advising company that she founded in 2022. Danielle has a Master’s degree in Environmental Conservation and Education from NYU.
