Dan Yeoman leads financial planning, new partner relationships, outcome partner contracting, and SWOF’s capital strategy. He brings years of experience helping public and private sector organizations design and implement durable operating models and strategic growth plans. Dan helped launch ReHarvest Partners, an original cofounder of the Soil and Water Outcomes Fund. His background includes management consulting with McKinsey & Company and corporate finance with General Electric and Genworth Financial. Dan has an MBA from Duke University and a B.A. from Wesleyan University and resides in Maryland with his wife Beth and four kids.
