Catherine Musulin
Catherine Musulin is an experienced global sustainability leader with nearly 15 years of experience in the food and packaging industry delivering triple-bottom line results. Currently, Catherine serves as Head of Mission & Sustainability for Horizon Organic Dairy and Wallaby Organic, a role she’s held since January 2024 when both brands were acquired by Platinum Equity from Danone North America. Previously, Catherine was Director of Mission and Sustainability at Danone North America where she led Danone to be the largest B Corp in the world. Throughout her impressive career, which also includes leadership roles at Meati and Ball Corporation, Catherine has been a passionate advocate for balancing sustainability with business growth. She has vast experience in: strategy development and execution, B Corp Certification, internal/external reporting, supply chain optimization, data analytics, carbon accounting, social accountability, operational efficiency, training and development, as well as global stakeholder engagement. Her ability to engage diverse stakeholders to influence change is driven by her ability to communicate in a way that tells an authentic story and instills trust. In 2023, Catherine was celebrated as one of 12 women cultivating sustainable food systems by Climate & Capital Media. The year prior Catherine was named one of the top 100 Women in Sustainability by Sustainability Magazine. In 2017, Catherine was named “Global Top 30 Under 30” By GreenBiz and the World Business Council for Sustainable Development as an emerging leader shaping the next generation of sustainable business.
