Ashleigh Griffith manages the global brand sustainability agenda at Yum! Brands, KFC Division. She built her career in marketing and communications with multiple high growth private equity and public companies across sectors of retail, hospitality and entertainment. Since joining Yum! in 2021, she's led internal brand experience and communications for the KFC enterprise. Ashleigh created KFC’s “Inside the Bucket” townhall series, developed the employer brand, The Originals, and launched the first ERGs for the business. In 2023, she was named to Brand Innovators’ 40 under 40 list. Ashleigh is an alum of the McKinsey Black Leadership Academy, former board member of the International Association of Business Communicators Dallas Chapter and is a member of the GreenBiz Trellis Network.

As Brand Manager for the QSR committing to be #1 in responsible growth, she is a trusted storyteller building social purpose and sustainability engagement from the inside-out and guiding KFC’s efforts to make their good growth visible. Growing advocacy on the agenda through governance and community building is one of her many motivators in the role.

Prior to KFC, Ashleigh supported communications and marketing efforts for Wingstop Restaurants, Inc., Original ChopShop, and Well Go USA Entertainment. She is a Texas resident along with her husband Adam and an advocate of the Live Green in Plano Volunteer Program and Plano Public Libraries. Most recently, she gave a seminar on adaptive leadership for the University of North Texas College of Merchandising, Hospitality and Tourism. Ashleigh is a graduate of Drew University.
