I'm a seasoned consumer insights specialist who loves exploring what makes consumers tick. My journey into ESG began in 2013 with a Food Preservation initiative aimed at reducing food waste—a project that sparked a lasting passion. This mission continues to guide both my personal beliefs and my work at Ipsos, where I’m part of the ESG council. Here, I generate insights and develop metrics to measure how consumers perceive purpose and sustainability in packaging.
What gets me out of bed every morning? The chance to help organizations build meaningful connections with their consumers. My approach is a mix of skills, including; Unbiased Consumer Advocacy: I dive deep into research to truly understand consumer preferences, choice drivers, and barriers. Data Analysis and Insights: Using various research techniques and advanced modeling, I uncover growth opportunities and help refine strategies. Actionable Recommendations: I translate insights into strategic business recommendations that drive impact.
Outside the ESG bubble, I’ve had the pleasure of contributing to thought leadership papers at Ipsos on all sorts of topics, from the aging consumer to the wonders of AI.
