Alexia Bednarz
Alexia Bednarz joined Nikola Corporation in September of 2022 and currently serves as the Head of Sustainability. She leads Nikola’s sustainability efforts and engagement, focusing on the manufacturing footprint, creating circular economy systems, and supply chain impact. She also oversees the company’s ESG reporting.
Alexia has over 11 years of sustainability experience, previously managing the sustainability department at U-Haul International, focusing on energy management, renewables, and fleet electrification.
In 2018, Alexia received the Outstanding Alumna Award from Arizona State University and the Sustainability Champion Award of Distinction from Arizona Forward. She currently sits on AZ Forward’s Central Regional Council, strategizing regional sustainability improvements. Alexia is passionate about clean energy and transportation.
