Charlie O’Malley is a social entrepreneur and change agent who works at the intersection of personal, organisational and systemic change. His work focuses on connecting leaders and pioneers of change across boundaries to catalyse systemic transformation.
Charlie is currently leading the UNDP Green Commodities Programme’s collaboration with large global food companies to transform agricultural commodities in a number of countries around the world (currently working on cocoa, coffee, palm oil, soy, pineapple, beef and fisheries in Indonesia, Ghana, Ivory Coast, Paraguay, Peru, Dominican Republic, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Philippines, Papua New Guinea).
Charlie is a Fellow at Oxford Leadership, working with senior corporate leaders to strengthen purpose-driven leadership to accelerate organisational and sectoral change.
Charlie is the founder of LEADX, a peer to peer community for leaders and pioneers of change, based in London with a vision to develop chapters in cities around the world. LEADX provides a space for deeper connection and reflection between leaders seeking to catalyse transformational change.
