Kellie Ballew Kellie Ballew is a Sr. Product Sustainability Manager for Shaw Industries Group, Inc. headquartered in Dalton, Georgia. With 22 years of manufacturing technical experience, Kellie brings a unique skill set to Shaw’s Corporate Sustainability Team. Kellie has primary responsibility for engaging and influencing internal and external stakeholders connected to product transparency and certification programs including Cradle to Cradle®, Health Product Declarations, Declare®, as well as all international product certifications relevant to flooring. She provides expert understanding of how flooring products can contribute to Green Building Certifications like LEED v4, WELL, Living Building Challenge among others. In addition to certifications, Kellie helps drive chemical transparency through Shaw’s raw material supply chain, managing the framework and data associated with ingredients in its flooring products. As part of Shaw’s Sustainability Team, Kellie also works closely with her technical colleagues in operations to optimize the sustainability of Shaw’s portfolio of flooring products.
