Kellem Agnew Emanuele leads Attēgo’s focus on maximizing positive environmental and societal impact for projects, regional stakeholders, and across value chains. Kellem has spent 15 years engaging stakeholders, including private, public, and non-profit organizations, to identify both shared priorities and the innovative approaches essential to achieving them.
In addition to her work at Attego, Kellem is an active volunteer with the International Women’s Coffee Alliance (IWCA), serving as both Board of Directors co-Vice President, and IWCA Peru Chapter Facilitator.
Her ability to develop, facilitate, and implement cross-cutting solutions grew from her diverse experience across industries. Kellem’s background includes convening diverse stakeholders to develop resources to improve operational efficiency, generate significant cost savings, and reduce the environmental impact of industrial motor systems. She has also led multi-jurisdictional, collaborative regional planning efforts to achieve mobility, accessibility, and economic growth through approaches that simultaneously prioritize environmental and societal progress.
Kellem holds a Master of Public Policy (MPP) specializing in Environmental Policy from the University of Maryland, College Park; and BA degrees in Environmental Studies and Spanish from Bucknell University. She also has a certificate in Sustainable Leadership from Presidio Graduate School, and a certificate in Business Essentials from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
