Hans Royal helps lead the Strategic Renewables division at Renewable Choice Energy, guiding the largest global institutions and corporations through their transition to renewable energy. Hans has extensive experience working with organizations to successfully navigate the renewable energy market in order to achieve the simultaneous goals of saving money and reducing environmental impact. Hans has particular expertise with large-scale corporate PPAs and has a background in origination, marketing, project development, and wind and solar M&A. Hans has held various leadership positions in the renewable energy industry, most recently at Akuo Energy USA where he successfully originated, negotiated, and signed several long-term wind PPAs with the largest brands in the world. Han earned a double-major from Millikin University in Illinois with a BS in Business and a BA in Music. He also holds a BBA in International Business from Ecole supérieure de Gestion in Paris, France.
