Cynthia Figge Cynthia Figge is a forerunner, entrepreneur and thought leader in the corporate sustainability movement. Cynthia is CEO and Cofounder of CSRHub, the largest database on CSR/ESG performance of 17,500+ companies worldwide, to provide sustainability ratings and business intelligence to professionals, academics and API partners. In 1996 she co-founded EKOS International, one of the first consultancies integrating sustainability and corporate strategy. Cynthia has worked with major organizations, including Alaska Airlines, Boeing, BNSF, Coca-Cola, and REI on strategy and reporting.
Prior to EKOS, Cynthia was an officer of McCaw Cellular leading new services development; started a “greenfield” mill with Weyerhaeuser; led project management at the New York Daily News; and helped nonprofit organizations start for-profit ventures to support their mission at New Ventures.
Cynthia received her bachelor’s degree in Economics from Lawrence University and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.
