Cynthia Figge is a forerunner, entrepreneur and thought leader in the corporate sustainability movement. Cynthia is CEO and Cofounder of CSRHub, the largest database on CSR/ESG performance of 17,500+ companies worldwide, to provide sustainability ratings and business intelligence to professionals, academics and API partners. In 1996 she co-founded EKOS International, one of the first consultancies integrating sustainability and corporate strategy. Cynthia has worked with major organizations, including Alaska Airlines, Boeing, BNSF, Coca-Cola, and REI on strategy and reporting.
Prior to EKOS, Cynthia was an officer of McCaw Cellular leading new services development; started a “greenfield” mill with Weyerhaeuser; led project management at the New York Daily News; and helped nonprofit organizations start for-profit ventures to support their mission at New Ventures.
Cynthia received her bachelor’s degree in Economics from Lawrence University and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.
Cynthia is Board Chair of Compassionate Action Network, and Advisor to Strategic News Service Future in Review.
