Christian Heller Christian Heller is heading BASF’s Value-to-Society program. It is BASF’s approach on the monetary valuation of financial and pre-financial impacts along the value chain. Before, Christian held various positions within BASF’s Human Resources, EHS, and communications department. In these positions he was responsible for BASF’s human and labor rights program and employee engagement tools. Christian also contributed to the development of BASF’s We create chemistry strategy. Christian holds a degree in philosophy focused on business ethics.
