Monica Alfonso-Muzquiz is the sustainability co-lead at Bayer Consumer Health in North America, responsible for advancing initiatives that build on our global sustainability strategy to expand access to everyday health for 100M people in underserved communities; as well as contribute to become Climate neutral by 2030, in line with Bayer’s global goal. Monica is based in Canada, where she leads the Commercial Operations team and is responsible for building and delivering and end-to-end innovation pipeline for Consumer Health. Monica and her husband German live in Vaughan (North of Toronto) with their 2 teenage daughters Andrea and Lorena, and their dog Marvel. She loves to travel and enjoys spending time with her family going to the movies, shopping, or just relaxing watching series on TV.
