At Procter and Gamble, Ashley Fill leads sustainability for global home care brands including Cascade, Swiffer, Fairy, Dawn and Febreze. She is executing the brand’s circularity strategy for Swiffer, Mr. Clean and Dawn packaging. She is a 2022 GreenBiz 30 Under 30 honoree and earned her master’s in sustainability leadership at Cambridge University.
