Ashley Fill is the director of sustainability strategy for Procter and Gamble’s North America Home Care business, working across top household brands such as Dawn, Cascade, Swiffer, and more. Ashley believes in delivering on sustainability with no performance tradeoffs and enabling consumers to behave more sustainably in their everyday cleaning routines. Ashley is empowering consumers to make more sustainable choices through the products they buy, by partnering with retailers across North America. As one of P&G’s dedicated sustainability leaders in a growing team, and a Masters in Sustainability Leadership 2023 candidate from Cambridge University, she offers a fresh perspective and credibility as a leader in circularity.
