Chairman of Dragon Rouge in London and pioneer in thinking on brands and
sustainability. Dorothy co-founded Dragon Rouge in London as a different kind of agency with a
broader perspective on brands, their potential and their responsibility. She has
pioneered the industry’s thinking on brands and sustainability and has worked with
many companies including SCA, Huhtamäki, Cadbury, Mondelez, Unilever and
Sainsbury’s on positioning, strategy and communication.
She was a member of the M&S Property & Store Development Advisory Board – Plan
A and has sat on a number of government and business advisory panels. Dorothy is
also co-author of recently published books, Business is Beautiful: The hard art of
standing apart and The Handbook of Design for Sustainability.
