Beatrix is a Strategist with deep expertise in sustainable food systems. At Quantis, she advises food industry clients on how to design and implement sustainability programs that reflect their unique vision and values. She has special expertise in creating effective multi-stakeholder programs for Scope 3 mitigation in agricultural supply chains, focusing on cocoa & dairy. Beatrix lives in San Francisco and holds a degree in Environmental Economics & Policy from UC Berkeley.
