Dr. Adrienne Davenport is Managing Director of the BASF Biotechnology Innovation Center, and end-to-end biotechnology platform providing research and development services ranging from product discovery and optimization to commercial scale production of biobased products, biocatalysts, enzymes and therapeutics. Adrienne holds a PhD from the University of Washington, conducted post-doctoral studies at The Université de Liege, Belgium and The Pennsylvania State University, and served as a Program Manager at The National Science Foundation’s Office of International Science and Engineering before moving to industry. Adrienne is very passionate about creating sustainable solutions for current global challenges and increasing quality of life using the power of biotechnology.
