Tiffani Jarnigan

Manager, ESG Process and Innovation — Hewlett Packard Enterprise

Tiffani leads ESG process and innovation on the Hewlett Packard Enterprise sustainability team. In this role, she leads a team responsible for maintaining governance and integrity of the ESG data and metrics HPE discloses publicly. Additionally, her team measures and tracks against both internal and external goals and targets, collaborating closely with the executing organizations. Tiffani also ideates and drives initiatives to better embed sustainability into products and solutions. Innovation is not only key to reducing HPE’s Scope 3 emissions around product-use and leased categories but is also critical to helping HPE customers achieve their own sustainability goals with HPE technologies. 

Tiffani brings a diverse background in environmental development and business intelligence reporting. She previously worked as a data and business analyst for an organic produce distributor and served in the Peace Corps in the Dominican Republic where she specialized in rural water infrastructure projects. 

Tiffani holds a BA from Rutgers University in Political Science and Russian Language/Literature. She holds a MA from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies in International Environmental Policy. In 2011, Tiffani completed a certificate in Development Project Management from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies.
