Terra Grantham

Vice President, Sustainability Strategy and Partnerships — CPI Card Group

Terra Grantham has served as Vice President of Sustainability Strategy and Partnerships since January of 2020, leading strategic planning and sustainability for CPI Card Group.  She previously served as Vice President of Transformation and Director of Financial Planning & Analysis since joining CPI Card Group in May of 2017.  Ms. Grantham also worked at Western Union and Unilever, and has over 20 years of experience in senior roles in Finance, Strategy, Product Development, and ESG.  In her finance roles, she oversaw businesses up to $1B in revenue.  In her strategy and product roles, she led projects in the payments space related to new products, geographic expansion, process improvement, acquisitions, pricing, and cost optimization.  Ms. Grantham received her Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Grinnell College in Grinnell, Iowa and a Master in Business Administration from the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor.
