Since joining Williams-Sonoma Inc. in 2003, Nicole has been a leader within both Supply Chain Global Sourcing and Sustainability. She leads a global team focused on building and expanding WSI’s sustainability strategies and programs related to environmental impact.  Partnering with executive leaders and across functions to reduce WSI’s environmental footprint, she steers the development and execution of environmental initiatives that cover climate and energy, responsible material sourcing and innovation, waste reduction, and circularity.
