Mark Lee
Partner and Director — SustainAbility
Mark Lee is a Partner at ERM and the Director of the SustainAbility Institute by ERM. He is based in the San Francisco Bay Area, and his work helps companies make more and faster progress on sustainable development. With two and a half decades of experience in key leadership positions in the sustainability field, he possesses deep expertise in sustainability strategy and implementation and the systems, governance, policy, accountability, and stakeholder engagement aspects of this agenda. Mark has extensive knowledge of climate change, economic development, value chains, and the linkages between sustainability and branding.
Mark was previously Vice President at Business for Social Responsibility in San Francisco and Manager, CSR at Vancity Savings in Vancouver. He is a graduate of the University of British Columbia, an alumni of the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership, and he completed the Berkeley Executive Program at the Center for Executive Leadership at the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley.
